Where EU Design Meets Chinese Craftsmanship for Luxury Villas

The Problem with Luxury Villa Furniture

Walk into most high-end furniture showrooms and you hit a wall. European brands have beautiful pieces at prices that make you wince. Asian manufacturers are cheaper, but the quality is unpredictable and the design often misses what you’re actually looking for.

If you’re furnishing a villa, you’re stuck. Pay too much or settle for less.

We started Fenmi Casa because we think there’s a better option.

How We Got Here

Fenmi Casa wasn’t born from a business plan. It came from requests we kept getting.

Our parent company, Hongye Furniture, has spent over ten years making contract furniture for hotels and commercial spaces. Projects where furniture takes a beating and still needs to look good. We’ve done everything from beach resorts in Bali to office towers in Dubai.

This June, we’re showing that work at NeoCon in Chicago, Booth 7-1114. It’s North America’s biggest commercial design show, and we’ll be there demonstrating what a decade of hospitality projects looks like.

But villa owners kept seeing our installations and asking the same question: “Can you do this for my home?”

For years, we said no. We only did commercial work. But the requests didn’t stop. Interior designers wanted the same reliability for their residential clients. Homeowners building villas needed furniture that matched their investment without the luxury markup.

So in late 2025, we started Fenmi Casa. Same factory. Same people. Same focus on getting it right. But now we’re working directly with villa owners and residential designers.

What Makes Us Different

European Design

Our pieces start with designers who split time between Milan, Paris, and Shanghai. They understand how people actually live in luxury homes, not just how spaces look in photos.

The design is restrained. Current without chasing trends. Sophisticated without feeling like a museum.

Chinese Manufacturing

The designs go to our workshop in Foshan, where we’ve been making furniture for 40 years.

Our craftsmen average 15 years of experience. They finish joints by hand that other factories run through machines. They notice wood grain patterns that automation misses. This isn’t marketing fluff. It’s why our commercial clients come back for project after project.

One Team, Start to Finish

Furnishing a villa usually means juggling multiple suppliers, chasing different timelines, and hoping everything looks like it belongs together. We handle it all.

One schedule. One quality standard. One person to call when you have questions.

What You Get

Complete Rooms

We don’t sell individual pieces. We design spaces that work together. Living rooms where the sofa and chairs make sense as a group. Dining rooms with tables that anchor the space and chairs that add character. Bedrooms where everything contributes to the same feeling.

Real Customization

Your villa isn’t a catalog photo. Neither should your furniture be. We adjust dimensions for awkward spaces. We change finishes to match what you already have. We build one-off pieces when the project needs something unique.

Clear Communication

No surprise costs. No missed deadlines. No emails that go unanswered. You get a timeline upfront, regular updates while we work, and direct contact with your project manager.

Who We Work With

Our clients are usually one of two types, sometimes both.

**Villa owners** — often women making the final calls on a family home or vacation property. They want quality but won’t pay extra just for a brand name. They want their home to feel personal, not like a showroom.

**Interior designers** — small studios, typically under six people, handling residential projects. They need suppliers who won’t embarrass them with delays or quality problems. They like working with people who understand their clients have options.

NeoCon 2026

This June, we’re at NeoCon in Chicago. While Hongye Furniture shows our commercial work at Booth 7-1114, we’re introducing Fenmi Casa to designers who want to see where we come from.

If you’re a residential designer curious about our commercial background, it’s a chance to see our standards firsthand. If you’re a villa owner at the show, you can understand what “contract-grade” actually means for your home.

We provide consulting, design, and furniture supply services for villas and apartments worldwide.
